We sell matcha tea, leaf tea, hojicha, matcha accessories, collagen, and related products.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, ingredients, prices, and availability as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the website will always be error-free, complete, or current.

Product packaging, appearance, and availability may vary from time to time.

Product Disclaimer

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Matcha contains caffeine. Customers who are sensitive to caffeine, pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a medical condition should consult a healthcare professional before consuming matcha or related products.

Our collagen product is derived from fish. Although it is purified, it may cause allergic reactions in people with hypersensitivity or allergies to fish or marine-derived ingredients. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before using collagen products if you have allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns.

All products should be stored in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Please follow the storage instructions provided on the product packaging.

Orders

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel, reject, or amend an order where necessary.

We may cancel or amend an order if:

  • the product is out of stock;
  • there is an error in the product price or description;
  • there is an issue with payment;
  • delivery information is incomplete or incorrect;
  • we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
  • we are unable to fulfill the order for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

If an item is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a replacement, alternative product, or refund.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer products for pre-order.

Estimated delivery dates for pre-order items are provided for guidance only and may change due to production, shipping, customs, or supplier-related delays.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the order together once all items are available, unless otherwise agreed.

Prices and VAT

The main currency of our website is AED.

Prices, delivery fees, and applicable taxes may vary depending on the order value, destination, and applicable regulations.

VAT may be calculated separately for certain orders depending on the order amount and applicable tax requirements.

Payment

If payment fails or is declined, we may cancel the order.

Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within the UAE, across the GCC, and internationally via courier partners such as DHL and Aramex.

Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs procedures, and order details.

International and GCC orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges according to the regulations of the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Due to the nature of our products, opened, used, or unsealed food products cannot be returned.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
