We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us and our team will be happy to help.
Return Conditions
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unopened and unused;
- in its original packaging;
- in the same condition as received;
- accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any issues with your order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at order@matchaforest-tea.ae.
Please include:
- your order number;
- a short description of the issue;
- photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Our Support team will review your request and contact you within 24 hours. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund.
How to Request a Return
To start a return request, please contact us at info@matchaforest-tea.ae.
Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- opened or used products;
- perishable goods, including food products;
- sale items;
- gift cards;
- items that are not in their original condition or packaging.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product, once approved, and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
