Katakuchi is a bowl with a spout, used for preparing matcha shots (matcha with water). It allows easy pouring of the drink into another container, such as a smaller cup or glass.
If you want a full set for a true matcha enthusiast, you'll need a bamboo whisk (chasen) and a matcha spoon (chashaku).
A beautiful and convenient bowl is perfect for creating a special atmosphere. You need to experience the katakuchi to enjoy preparing matcha.
Material: semi-porcelain, food-safe effect glaze
Care: dishwasher safe and microwaveable
Each piece is handmade, so bowls may slightly vary from each other.
