Brewing guide

Use 1–2 tsp (3–5 g) of tea per 90 ml of water at 70–80°C. Steep for approximately 60 seconds.
Pour completely into cups to prevent over-extraction.

For the second infusion, use slightly hotter water and a shorter steeping time.
